INWESAWelding / grinding booths in Dammam (Saudi Arabia)

This project contains 30 pieces of Sound absorbing grinding booths created by using the Cepro-Sonic sound absorbing wall system. All booths have the following dimensions; 3 meter wide, 3 meter deep and 2,5 meter high.

Before getting approval our Engineering team and clients technical department had several discussion to come to the best possible solution and configuration of these booths. As an outcome from this discussion some booths have sound absorbing doors and others are fitted with welding strips.

Booths were installed by local technical engineers assisted with very detailed mounting instructions and drawings as provided by Cepro.

INWESAWelding booths made from slide able welding curtains in Jakarta (Indonesia)

This project contains 20 pieces of welding booths created through the usage of Cepro-Orange-CE welding curtains mounted in a single rail system. All booths have the following dimensions; 1,5 meter wide and 2 meter deep.

Our local partner asked Cepro International BV for a possible solution without mounting to the floor and flexible welding booths.
After discussion we made a proposal for direct mounting against the wall with a self-carrying construction.

Booths were installed by local technical engineers assisted with very detailed mounting instructions and drawings as provided by Cepro.

 

INWESAWelding booths for an oil winning Company in Baku (Azerbaijan)

This project contains a total of 56 pieces of sound absorbing welding booths created by using the Cepro-Sonic Classic wall system. All booths have the following dimensions; 2,07 meter wide, 3,05 meter deep and 2,2 meter high.

Through a Dutch partner of Cepro International BV we got in touch with this project. This Dutch partner managed the quoting, order and also arranged the local mounting. Of course we assisted them during the quotation process and also advised regarding the front separations of these welding booths.
